Hi, my name is Jonathan Diaz. I am a retired baseball player and current professional scout for the New York Yankees.

I played 12 seasons professionally and was fortunate enough to be a part of 5 championship clubs, including the 2013 World Series winning Boston Red Sox.

As an undersized player with a “limited tool set” as we like to say in the scouting world, I went from college walk-on to playing in the big leagues. This was due to a number of factors including great coaching and luck, but I think the biggest difference maker was mindset and attitude.

My passion now is to teach, inspire, and give players/teams a roadmap on how to unleash their full potential.
